What are AI credits?
AI credits are used to automatically generate flashcards from documents, PDFs, texts, or images. Each generation consumes credits based on the AI model used: 1 credit (basic model), 3 credits (intermediate model), or 8 credits (premium model).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings > Billing page. You'll continue to have access to features until the end of your paid period.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you subscribe to the Pro or Power plan, you get 7 days completely free. You'll only be charged after that period. You can cancel before at no cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Changes will be prorated based on the remaining time of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
If you run out of monthly credits, you can buy extra credit packs on the Settings > Billing page, or wait for the monthly renewal. All other features continue working normally.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo). Payments are processed securely.
