We process your data for the following purposes: Providing and maintaining the learning platform; Processing payments and managing subscriptions; AI-powered flashcard generation (content sent to AI providers); Operating the deck marketplace; Sending study reminders and notifications (with your consent); Improving the platform through anonymous analytics; Complying with legal obligations (tax records, access logs).
We process your data based on: Contract performance — data necessary to provide the service you signed up for; Consent — marketing communications, optional cookies, AI content processing; Legal obligation — tax records, Marco Civil log retention (6 months); Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, platform security, anonymous analytics (we have conducted a Legitimate Interest Assessment for these activities).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus 6 months after deletion. Access logs are retained for 6 months as required by Marco Civil da Internet.
