By accessing or using ReLearnr (relearnr.com), operated by RELEARNR INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), CNPJ 65.329.825/0001-08, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
ReLearnr is a spaced repetition learning platform that provides: flashcard creation and study tools using the FSRS algorithm; AI-powered flashcard generation from text, documents, URLs, and YouTube videos; a public deck marketplace where users can share and sell educational content; professor/classroom management tools; and subscription plans with varying feature levels.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ReLearnr offers Free, Pro, and Power subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed in BRL (Brazilian Reais). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. AI generation credits are included with each subscription tier and reset monthly.
ReLearnr uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate flashcard content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated flashcards. Content you submit for AI processing may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of any specific AI model.
Users may publish free or paid decks to the marketplace. Creators selling paid decks must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and agree to the Creator Terms. The platform retains a 15% fee on paid deck sales; the remaining 85% is transferred directly to the creator's Stripe Connect account and never passes through ReLearnr's accounts. Buyers receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use purchased decks for their own learning. Resale or redistribution of purchased decks is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform, including flashcard decks and cards. By publishing content to the marketplace, you grant ReLearnr a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content. You warrant that content you publish does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. ReLearnr's platform, design, code, and branding are owned by RELEARNR INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.).
In accordance with Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) Art. 49, you have the right to cancel any online purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, for any reason, and receive a full refund. This applies to subscription payments, deck purchases, and any other transactions. After the 7-day cooling-off period, subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period without refund for the current period. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
ReLearnr is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of user-generated or AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and your data will be removed, subject to legal data retention requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered seat of RELEARNR INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.).
